Contribuiți la feedbackWent through the drive thru 3 days in a row amd was told they couldn't make my Carmel macchiato because their machine was down. Today I go thru and I'm told the same thing so I came home and ordered it via doordash just to see what would happen. Guess what?? I got it via doordash from the same location that had just told me they couldn't make it. Lazy employees at their finest.
I went by this am so this morning to exchange my coffee that wasn’t made correctly. I witnessed her throw a cup down on the count to another customer instead of handing it to him. She left me standing at the register for about 10 min before even speaking to me. Then I asked for an exchange and she refused to exchange a $1 coffee for me, Just because I had purchased it at another McDonald’s on my way into work even though I had my receipt and the purchase was only made 20 minutes previously. I just couldn’t turn around on a busy road to go back to the same one. I asked to reorder a coffee and a coke and she told me to order off the kiosk. She was very rude to customers and staff. I get it, being busy and short staffed isn’t fun. However, it doesn’t give you the right treat people badly. She said that she was the manager this morning about 8 o’clock she had shoulder length hair curly with brown and red fading down to the ends. I just hope that upper management takes this seriously and gives her the support she needs for future experience.
THIS IS WHAT I MEAN WHEN I SAY A MEDIUM FRY ! Five stars if yall Fr gonna start fillin em up like this
I just went to this location to sit at the speaker forever then when I said hello to see if they knew I was there because I was never greeted I was then screamed at by an employee. I have never ever seen something like this before. If they can manage or get employees with customer service this place needs to be shut down.
Double Quarter Pounder satisfied; the meat tasted fresh. The fountain Coke was chef gesture. The fries could’ve been crispier, though. And in a town where I’ve only seen 3 people over 20 days wear masks, and when the pandemic has waned, why not open the dining room? Fries are delicate things and often don’t survive the drive home, especially when they needed one more minute in the fryer.
