This was my first visit to Lakeside Tavern, and it was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I’m in the area again, Lakeside Tavern will definitely be my top choice for dining.

We wanted something a bit more upscale for our anniversary, but we were really disappointed with this restaurant. They have a unique bread and butter combination while you wait, but it can be hit or miss. When we ordered the southwest egg rolls, they turned out to be mainly dough, which was disappointing. Our main dishes were fine, but our server seemed to disappear whenever we needed her. I understand she might have been busy, but after our food was served, we didn’t see her again until it was time for the check, which made it difficult to ask for anything else. My husband was supposed to receive an additional side, but he never got it because we couldn’t find her. At least we enjoyed a great view, and we didn’t have to wait long for a table.
