I normally like this firehouse as it is close to my house, completed an online order tonight. One of the crew members was rude at pickup. I did arrive early didn't rush anyone and did not mind waiting until my time and stated no worries as he explained my pickup time. no reason to be rude. This is how you lose customers.

Fountain city fire house was amazing to work with. Jessica and her team did a good job with our catering order. As usual food was amazing. Thank you!

I really enjoy eating here at Firehouse Subs. Awesome fresh food and nice staff it’s always a treat because we don’t have one anywhere near our home in Speedwell TN

The food is excellent. They need more help though the wait was crazy!
