Fiesta Garibaldi Mexican Grill

The portions were enormous and the food was delicious. It was quite tranquil during our visit, as we chose to go during the quieter hours between lunch and dinner, which I always appreciate. Our server, Eduardo, was wonderful—he was very enjoyable and made our experience even better. We decided to give this place a try because of the varied reviews, and I have no complaints at all. I will definitely return and would highly recommend it to others.

The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional, especially given that they're currently short-staffed. The Garibaldi margarita was incredibly flavorful. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp with avocado, and for our main courses, we tried the paella and molcajete. Everything was delicious, with fresh ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the generous amount of seafood in the paella. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we definitely plan to return. We also love their other restaurant, El Tipico, in Bearden.

This is undeniably the best Mexican restaurant in Knoxville. My wife ordered the tilapia, and I went for the carne asada. The food was fantastic, and if you leave here still hungry, it's your own fault—the portions are massive!

This is my second visit, and it’s even better than the first! Margaritas, taco salad, Tajin, delicious salsa and some kind of hot sauce that is fantastically spicy! The shrimp fajitas are quite tasty, too! Come out to this place ASAP

My husband and I stopped here on a whim for lunch. So glad we did because it was excellent! Authentic Mexican food and so much of it! I didn't even make a dent in mine and had plenty to take home for later. Great amount of food for the price. When we walked in, there was a sign that said they were short staffed so we were a little hesitant about eating there. There was nothing slow about it. We never would have known they were. Our server was incredibly nice, attentive, quick, and helpful. We had our drinks almost as soon as we sat down and ordered 2 alcoholic drinks that came out to us in just a minute or so. Really great prices on them. I'm not sure if it is like that all the time or just for lunch. We will absolutely be back and are looking forward to it :
