If you're expecting to sit down and have good service this is not the place, you order on a kiosk computer, I paid extra for the lemon icees and they didn't have them. They also didn't have any sweet or iced tea made. The floor was really sticky and everything was just sort of dirty. Most of the tables were filthy when we were looking to sit down and dishes sat on one table from the moment we walked in and were still there when we left. The cheesecake was delicious, and so was the appetizer but the pasta was subpar and the pizza was rubbery and tasted like school pizza. You certainly get what you pay for and I see why it was cheap. Can't complain because of the price so 3 stars.
This restaurant was pretty standard for Fazolis. Service was good, food came out hot. However, the inside of the restaurant was really dirty. Bathrooms were pretty gross and the entire restaurant floor had some dirty sticky residue on it. Not the best impression, but the food was good.
Not crowded at all at 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the $5 lunch special of spaghetti meat sauce with a drink. Employee range it up differently and total was over $10. Sat down, ate, and ran out of bread. Nobody taking care of dining room. Plates, bowls left on 3 tables that I can see right now since I've been sitting here. Nobody came around to offer more bread or see how anyone in the dining room is doing. These businesses are going downhill from what they used to be. Probably won't be back. Can get better service, and food at Olive Garden for same price.
Our order was not correct. The gluten-friendly rotini was ordered plain with roasted chicken and came non-gluten-friendly with marinara sauce. The lady at the front counter was not very friendly and the restaurant needs to label what is gluten -friendly, so once a person gets home with the food they will be able to distinguish the difference more easily.
I wanted to order the #9 sharply baked Ziti with chicken that was $8.49. But when I asked her what kind of sauce it was, she said it was pork. I told her that I didn't eat a pig and asked if I could replace it for Marinarasoße, she said no. So she accused me for a #8 baked Ziti, which was $8.49 and also $1.99 for the added chicken. I also ordered a Caesar salad that was $2,49. But when I saw the bill, she had charged me $3,49. Another cashier told me it was because it was calculated as a food business. At least the bread sticks were unlimited and soft. But they were too salty. The Caesar sauce was also very salty. Since when Italians cook with a lot of salt. I ate Italian food before I was married to an Italian. He was a great cook. And it was right not to bland, not too spicy. Overall, it was a good experience and food. Just what was missing was a nice glass of wine. Next time we try the Fazolis in Morristown.
