Cru-Bistro and Wine Bar - Turkey Creek

Food was very subpar. They used way too much oil with everything we had. My wife's pasta dish was served only slightly warm to cool. Taste of her pasta/shrimp dish was bland, not much flavor but very oily. My stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon was good, but the bacon seemed raw. Steamed spinach was soaked in oil. The small plate, scallops on a fried won ton was tasty, but $18 for 3 scallops was overpriced. My wife and I both had queazy stomachs for about 18 hours. The waitress was excellent.

My husband and I tried out Cru-Bistro last weekend and were pleasantly surprised. For some reason, we had low expectations but found this restaurant to be a winner on all levels. The wine was high quality, the food delicious and the service efficient and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice relaxed atmosphere...fish was ok, but a little overcooked and bland...wine list is pricey...overall it was an excellent visit with friends, the main thing. I would go there again preferably for happy hour.

We dine here frequently and the food is consistently good. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and efficient. There are evening specials and a very nice off the menu Sunday brunch, with great **** Mary’s. The ambiance is that is a comfortable neighborhood meeting spot. Managers are very attentive and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

Love the Cru downtown so went to turkey creek for brunch don't need to go back. . we were literally the first party to arrive that morning.. Hostess was cheerful, yet when I started mentioned I had open table reservation, she had already turned and headed towards the seating area w menus so got message from OT saying we had skipped our reservation). I will say the little basket of breads was delicious but it took almost 30 minutes for entree to arrive crab cake eggs Benedict and steak and eggs. Very disappointed in crab cakes very small and mostly filler and the eggs were not poached, bit rather almost hardboiled, with very little hollandaise. Great place to grab a drink but skip brunch.
