Shittest maccies i’ve ever seen staff are so so rude and have a bad attitude wouldnt recommend to anyone

This mc donald’s is descusting the food was cold and the staff was very disrespectful to me i hate this mc donald’s and would not recommend to any other people!

Still rubbish can’t get nothing right told to park up as always then food cold drinks forgotten you name it and this place will get it wrong. You could asked for a straw and they will give you a spoon it’s that ****. Oh forgot to say three cars got served in one lane before the lane I was in got served. If I could give minus 5 I would

I ordered from Mcdonalds prescot for my 14 year old daughter who was home alone as I was broken down on the motorway. I told her to watch on the camera for the delivery person. The drivers picture showed a women. My daughter was shocked and scared when a man was banging on the door. she could not see the bag as he put it on the floor and started walking round the house looking in the windows. This is disgusting. I complained and they said they have no time to check drivers are genuine. I since found out the people can buy hacked uber accounts and mcdonalds prescot is an easy target for them as they do not check the drivers. How do we know we are safe? I would of thought that mcdonlalds have a duty of care responsibility for its customers?

Visited on Sat 12th with my two Daughters aged 5 and 8 and witnessed an embarrassing bullying outburst from one teenage girl to another. Alarms went off, security staff escorted the girl off the premises and police called. A staff member said this girl had done the same the night before. This really is unacceptable behaviour and something that I’d rather my girls hadn’t seen. They said to me when they left that were scared and didn’t want to eat in there again. On top of this the place is dirty and service slow. A terrible experience.
