Escabeche - Knokke-Heist

I went there during a stay at the sea and I was filled with it. The service is very well done and everything, from aperitif to dessert was tasty. A true knife cut tartar, prepared, seasoned and served minute in the room for the customer. The wine included in the menu was superb and was fine with the selected dishes. An excellent gourmet who will delight gourmet taste buds.

Excellent. Just a lunch because everything is complete at night, but we wanted to try. We're happy. Freshness of products, intelligence of combinations of tastes, just portions, friendly service, correct prices, we will return, that's for sure. Special mention for the Dorade Crudo.

Dit was zeker een heerlijke ervaring. We kozen voor het menu. Het voorgestelde menu was fantastisch, van de amuse tot de zoete versnapering. Een echte aanrader. Wat mij betreft... een uitstekende keuken in zijn categorie. Une très bonne table dans sa catégorie!

Home, quality of products, French cuisine with an Asian touch. At the escabeche, all the fish served are fresh: no overhele fish or kept empty. And it tastes. Lunch every day at noon all in 60€ with choice between 2 admissions and 2 dishes and a dessert. This new type of menu changes every 15 days. It is widely worth the 15/20 of Gault and Millau. Close Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you wish to enjoy a lunch on Sunday noon, book as success is such that the restaurant is complete. The after covid and the increase in wages and energy has an impact: entry, dessert dish, coffee wine goes to 65€! Normal but always excellent!
