Gasthaus Häuserl am Stoan

This is a wonderful quaint restaurant located in the Vienna Woods overlooking Vienna. Either drive to the location or better go for a hike and make this your special treat afterwards. The menu offers a huge variety of Viennese food, local wine. Great place for children: there is even a small playground. You should not miss this on your trip to Vienna!

This place is located on the hills overlooking Vienna and offers a most incredible view over the city. Spectacular both during the day and in evening. The entire setting is austrian country house, one immediately feels comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly and forthcoming, and listening to the guests wishes. The food is tasty and delicious, essentially viennese but well beyond Vienna Schnitzel level. The garden is shady, perfect in the summer heat. Only drawback: it is open only Thu-Sun. Particularly during the summer heat this is definitely the place to go.

Nice small gastronomy with regional delicacies and thunder kitchen ( nierndln, striezelkoch.,) prices in order, service friendly, outsight grandios!
