Contribuiți la feedbackOn the last night of our stay in the Paradeismühle I wanted to eat again. Madame did not feel comfortable this evening, she completely forgot an evening meal. So I went down to the restaurant alone, where one of the service ladies quickly gave me a place. I took the place and got the menu immediately, but I returned, as I had already made my choice on the outside map on the previous day. This is why we were able to move directly to pick up the order: “Onion roast roast, fine rag steak with sweetened onions and croquettes” (22.50 € , which immediately triggered the counter question: “Medium?”. I confirmed with a head nod. This time no wine, but a yeast beer (0.5l for 4,00 €). Operation thanked and rushed towards Tresen. The young woman, in whose competence I obviously sat, did not know of the previous evenings. She was as well trained as her colleagues, but still a tick warmer and more accommodating. She brought the beer after a short time, and, as hardly any other expectation, it was perfectly tempered. After a reasonable waiting period, she served the onion roast. In the middle of the square plate was a very neat slice of meat, densely covered with sweet coarse onion pieces. The croquettes were fanned in two threesome groups on the left and right of them, the whole being arranged on a dark sauce mirror. This evening I didn't come around the cherry tomato, along with a branch of rosemary she crowned the arrangement. At the edge of the plate there was again a decorative trace of coarsely scraped colored pepper. The meat was tender and with a beautiful pink core, the taste was very good with the onions lying thereon. The croquettes were the same as two evenings before, good convenience goods with solid crust and fine potato core. The sauce painted the elements with a strong taste and thus rounded off this rustic food. In terms of quantity, I became very tired and therefore fully confirmed the question of whether everything had been to my satisfaction.
