A nice and easy place to go to but the employees needs thorough training because they were struggling to process a voucher order

I loved how friendly they are at this Steers! And the chips are the best!

Food was good. Staff very friendly. Online order slightly mixed up. Nothing too major. Medium chips was a bit less.

The ladies are so friendly! And i had quick and friendly services.

Was not a good experience. Good brand and a good franchise in overall assessment. My problem is that I bought burgers and chips for take aways. I was disgusted by hard crunchy chips that resembled crumbs. Not a single chip was regular soft and juicy texture. I believe this can be improved. All in all it was just okay to check in while I was traveling home with my family.
