Sowohl der Fisch als auch die Suppe waren sehr lecker und voraus das selbstgemachte Brot mit aufstrich, sehr lecker. Hier sieht man das auf jedes detail geachtet wird, fisch und Fleisch sind aus regionaler Herkunft, was uns besonders gefiel. ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war das selbstgemachte basilikum eis. sowas hatten wir vorher noch nie gegessen aber ich würde es wirklich jeden empfehlen mal zu probieren. war echt ein Erlebnis! wir haben sofort einen schönen Tisch bekommen und der service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Das Gute essen, das ist hier Programm. Abwechslungsreiche regionale Küche auf meist erstaunlich hohem Niveau! Zudem sind alle Servicemitarbeiter sehr umsichtig und gute Weinbegleiter
What a beautiful surprise! this is not their typical carving restaurant (although I suspect that they serve a large carving with meat from a local metzger). in the first night we ordered the three cure menu for 29 euro with fish and meat options. all foods...comes from local producers, seasoning and crustling are well balanced and tastefully applied. it is not surprising that the chef has received numerous Austrian culinary awards. we had such a good meal that we came back the next day. anne had the honey glazed duck while I had the rosmarin lamb with roasted garlic, parmesan polnta and grilled green asparagus again excellent. they cannot leave petrels without having eaten here!
We went there a group of 13 people. It is a small place, so they had to organize the tables. We had a warm welcome by the chef. The menu is only in German, but the waitress new English and was very helpful. There are...two full course menus and also specific dishes (salad, soup, main etc. I took the 48 Euro menu, which includes 4 courses. Fish with salad Lobster soup Deer with mushrooms Desert All was just wonderful and tasty. The Deer was a little bit salty. I also tasted the tomato soup, which was one of the best I tried. We had red wine: Zweigelt Reserve 2009, which was not expensive, yet really good. All and all, I strongly recommend.
