Applebee's Grill - Klamath Falls

Place was busy, but we sat fast. manager jumped in to help bar and wait with the staff, and we were impressed by his team. we like the dinner salads, burger, tap berry and desserts. I also like the chicken quesadilla. we were several times and always let us be satisfied.

Service was quick for how busy it was seated within 5 min and waiter was super nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of

Food and service exceeded expectations. Curious draft beer selection w 2 pseudo belgian whites, the usual us heff, but no amber or red ale.

We went there today at 1pm got seated quickly. Got drinks quick. Took waitress awhile to come back to take our order. He ordered chicken salad I got bourbon steak med rare with garlic mash. Then he wanted the combo app. After 5 mins or so waitress comes back to inform me they had no mashed. I was disappointed cause I am not a fry fan. So I went with garlic green beans. App came out it was ok. Then our food came his salad was awful and my steak came sizzling i was impressed until i cut it and it was grey inside not med rare i wanted. The green beans were mushy and watery and not even a hint of garlic. To sum it up it was not a good choice at all. We will not return.
