Charlie Pizza - Klaipeda

The staff is friendly, though some have limited English skills. The food is delicious and affordable. I highly recommend trying the local dumplings over the generic pizza that can be found anywhere in the world.

This restaurant has greatly improved compared to a few years ago. The menu is now bigger and offers more choices, and the service from the waitstaff is much better. However, some of the cooks seemed to be lacking as we waited 1.5 hours for our food. Waiting that long for a burger was disappointing. I hope they will work on improving their efficiency soon.

We waited for 30 minutes and no waiter came to take our order. We had to call a waiter over. Once we placed our order, the service was quick. When we went to pay, we noticed a discount on the receipt, but there was no comment or apology from the staff. Perhaps this was a mistake.

I order a Burger menu (burgerfries). I have 8 pommes. that is the most pitiful thing I have seen in my life so far.

We had to wait over 1 hour for 2 pizzas, knowing that there were only 5 customers at the restaurant at that time. We took menu's ourselves after entrance, because there was no waitress around... later at some stage she showed up. Service wasn't a disaster- there simply was no Service at all...
