Despite of quality food, very very bad service they deliver. If you order something they will deliver something else and not ready to accept their mistakes. Ambiance and parking is good. Service is ok. Update: Food tastes really bad and is now twice overpriced. Service is worst. Not at all good now. Not recommended. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went with family for breakfast and after 10 min also no one turned up for taking order. After complaining to some staff in the bakery counter, one person came to take the order. I wont blame the staff there, management should give focus to add adequate manpower as there were other customers also waiting and no one was attending. One person was managing the entire show. Finally , we were happy to have some breakfast, but just took two min to realise I am still in kerala as only pathiri and porotta was available as breakfast items. So big restaurant and lots of opportunities but just due to mismanagement and lack of planning, losing customers.
