Pedro's Grill - Kitimat

This restaurant serves the best chicken I have ever had. It surpasses any other chicken I have tried. It is a hidden gem in the local area. The food and service have been consistently excellent since 2010.

This is the second time this has happened. I was told that the delivery would take 45-60 minutes at most, but it ended up taking 90 minutes. Additionally, they forgot all of my sauces and everything I ordered was warm because it was all in the same bag. The only positive aspect was that the chicken was cooked properly this time (unlike the last time). I tried calling to complain, but the line was busy. After several attempts, I was finally able to get through after making six calls and waiting for about 15 minutes. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality from what used to be a great restaurant. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Came based on a friend recommendation. Older place back in the Strip Mall. Ordered a 3 piece chicken lunch for $15. Good chicken with a nice snack. He got a wing, a baton and back. I thought I'd get a thigh or a chest for this price. I thought it was expensive for what I have. The 4 potato wedges were mush and I ended them. Service well.

I have the chicken wings that were pretty good. The fish and chips were boiled over. Not sure I'm going back.

Upon stumbling upon a restaurant named Pedro's, one might assume it specializes in Mexican cuisine. However, to my surprise, Pedro's is actually a family restaurant that specializes in Chester's Fried chicken. Despite the initial confusion, I found Pedro's to be one of the better eateries in Kitimat. The chicken is exceptionally delicious, made fresh to order using Chester's secret family recipe. The fried chicken and accompanying sides at Pedro's are outstanding, standing out from competitors like KFC and Church's. Alongside chicken, Pedro's offers a variety of dishes such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, and fish and chips. While the fish and chips were average, the chicken at Pedro's is definitely the star of the show. The service at Pedro's was prompt and friendly, with servers engaging in conversations with customers. Overall, Pedro's is a standout in Kitimat for its delicious fried chicken. It is worth a visit, especially for those craving a tasty chicken meal.
