Williamsburg Arms - Kitchener

I always choose The Williamsburg Arms as my favorite burger spot. It surpasses even dedicated burger establishments like The Works.

My fiancé and I went to this restaurant for his birthday. We loved the atmosphere and found the staff to be very friendly.

I enjoy this restaurant because it doesn't try to be something it's not. The food is consistently good in my opinion.

The last two times that we've eaten here, there has been something wrong with the food. This time, both my and my daughter's burgers were burnt and my wife's fries were cold. They remade my burger. They offered to remake my daughter's burger but my wife shared her meal instead. They never did bring the replacement fries. They did take my burger off the bill. Williamsburg Arms used to be one of my favourite places. Now, it's off my list.

Food here is good however the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you wait forever and others it is super fast. Would be great is they can get their service consistent.
