Williams Fresh Cafe - Kitchener

I was in the mood for a nice cup of regular brewed coffee, and this place hit the spot. Although I only tried their coffee this time, I definitely plan on coming back to sample their other drinks and food items. The menu looked enticing to me. It's a nice place.

Lovely place with a relaxed atmosphere. The Roasted Red Pepper soup , we enjoyed so most . The service was okay but it could be better

The restaurant opened a few minutes late, but it offers a variety of food options. One exciting aspect is that you can have Mac and cheese for breakfast. The avocado bagel was especially delicious.

I ordered the Chipotle Turkey sandwich and a hot chocolate, in the drive thru. Changed my mind and decided to eat in. I figured I would tell the person at the window, but nobody came. I waited about 8 minutes. I decided to park and go inside. She was just putting the sandwich in the fridge because I had driven away. I tried to tell her that I had waited over 5 minutes and nobody came, but half way through the sentence she cut me off and told me that she didn't have time and dropped my sandwich on the counter in front of the cashier and walked away. I said to the cashier that it was rude. In fact I said, I would like to talk to the manager. Well guess what, the rude lady (Destiny I think her name was), is the acting manager while the owners are not there. Well I guess I should talk to her then I said and walked over closer to the kitchen where she had gone. I tried to tell her that I thought it was rude that she cut me off and walked away. But again, before I could get the sentence completely out she cut me and told that she had customers to deal with. I thought I was a customer. I guess not. We'll have to keep it that way from now on I guess. I think I am still in shock. There is even more, but I don't want to bore you. btw - the cashier was so friendly and really tried to alleviate the situation. I apologized to her because I wanted her to know that she had done everything right.
