Glogowski Euro Food - Kitchener

Always busy. Great selection at deli/meat counter. Not certain if Wednesday is their delivery of pastry but there was a full selection of fresh items. Biggest downside is everything is tight. Would not be able to maneuver a wheelchair or even go down an isle. Not all items have english instructions. Word of caution, check expirary date. Cashier friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stock up on European food. Lots of products that you cannot buy in traditional Canadian stores. Perfect choice of marinated vegetables, dairy products, meat products, and sweets (i.e. halva, imported chocolate, cakes). I especially enjoy a selection of cheesecake bars and cottage cheese (Twarog). Ice cream is also presented and not such sugar-loaded as locally produced one.

I love this store, it’s clean and packed with lots of stuff: meats and meat products for everyone’s taste, food seasonings/ lots of dry ingredients and pastas, European cakes plus a variety of chocolates, candies and other sweet products, same with “a sea” of teas to choose from and (mostly instant coffee as well, marinated cabbage, pickles, lots of canned goods of all sorts, …what else?…yes, cheeses of all kind, breads, also (I believe organic/ locally grown?! veggies and fruits that are in season, …well too many other things to list, European detergents, shampoos, lotions, you’ll have to visit and see for yourself. The service is excellent, the staff is really pleasant and (oh,so patient, with most working in the meats section of the store. My only problem is that I never ever manage to stay within my budget when I go there, so I end up spending too much money AND pack a few extra pounds after each visit… Oh, well…

Five stars for Glock Kowski and roll foods because when you walk in the aroma of smoked meats, pickles and fresh baking is just heavenly, this store is big enough to have so much selection, and yet you will all always find what you're looking for five stars

Glad that there is a Polish store like this in Kitchener. It gets BUSY especially at 9 am on weekdays and weekends. Deli prices are regular and unfortunately there are no specials on cheese or deli meat weekly like at other Polish delis.
