料理の腕が素晴らしく、食材も味付けも本当に美味しい。 茶碗蒸しは人生で一番美味しかったし、 希少な長崎産のマグロを食べられたり、 量も豪華で、コスパも良いと思いました！ 〜気になった点〜 大将がマスクをあごにずらして普通にペチャクチャ喋りながら調理。 部下の従業員さんへの当たりが強すぎる。 大将のブラックジョークのセンスが普通にドン引きするレベルで笑えない。 ここが直れば本当に美味しいので5です。

知人から聞いて来店しました。 一緒に行く方が苦手なものがあったので、予約の際に伝えておいたのですが、それが伝わっておらず残念でした。 ただ、そのあとに大将が代わりのネタを出してくれてフォローも良かったです。 つまみから、お寿司（小ぶり）もネタも良く個人的にはオススメです。 ただ、従業員さんとの大将のやり取りや大将がカウンターのお客様との会話が強く、新規のお客さんに対しての気遣いなどもう少しあると良かったなぁと思います。 お酒を4杯など飲んで、8000円のコースで二人で22000程度でした。
