Twistee Treat Partin Settlement

First time going to a Twistee Treat and the soft serve is really good. A lot of flavors to choose from. I ordered the pistachio sundae with oreo and loved it.. We went through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes and our order was correct and staff member was nice.

Delicious ice cream. And the price is right. They have taco ice creams, shakes, cones and cups. All your basic flavors with alot of wild flavors. Staff was nice and assisted with extra napkins. Be cautious with the heat stay Frosty.

Drive thru customer service needs attention. The people in the drive through were not pleasant. We ordered two twirls and were given a price five dollars higher than what the amount should have been. My husband said that didn?t sound right since the prices were a lower amount each. The young lady said oh it?s because it was rung up with something else. I get mistakes but a simple I?m sorry without an attitude would suffice. When we get to the window, they give the corrected amount thankfully. We got our ice cream and my husband said thank you and the girl closes the window without even a ?You are welcome.

I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt because I work with the public as well. This is my 2nd time in the Saint Cloud area and the service and the ice cream is the worse I have ever had and second time we get sick from it but today was really bad, my husband has been vomiting since after eating it. Places with this type of service and food should not be around. Do they clean their machines? Do these kids that work there wash their hands? Why do they take so long to get a simple vanilla ice cream cone? Is the milk expired? This is like food poisoning and we will report this place. Never again!
