Twistee Treat Clermont - Kissimmee

Such a fun ice cream treat stand! The building shape was awesomely retro! Prices were reasonable and the amount of ice cream was generous. They had interesting combinations of shakes, cones, and other cool treats. Smiles and thumbs all around!

Just went to this twistee treat and I?ve always loved going, but tonight the employees had attitudes and were very rude. I had a large order and asked for cup holders and lids for all ice creams and made sure to tell them ahead of time and they still have it to me with no lids and one by one with no cup holders so I asked again, they ignored me, I asked again then they gave me a cup holder and they gave me lids that were too big for the cups I ordered, I tried getting their attention again but the guy who was giving me my order kept being rude and closing the window right away and walking away. They were all in bad moods and had attitude like they didn?t want to work. Not going here again.

Worst ice cream experience ever. After waiting for more than 15 minutes in line, they shut the window in my face. I waited for more than 10 minutes before they reopened it. Then I waited another 15 minutes for 2 ice creams. The wait is one thing but there is no excuse for rude service. This location is at 3269 Vineland Rd. Kissimmee.

A place where it takes you back when you were a child going for ice cream with your parents. Lots of flavors and combinations to choose from. And the staff are friendly and the service is fast. There?s drive through and lots of free parking. You can?t miss it from the main road.

Service could have been better, the cashier was too busy talking with her co-worker instead of taking our order. How ironic the conversation was talking about customer reviews....lol
