Taco Bell/KFC - Kissimmee

Saggy old chicken on the busyest time of the day sadly but its like the 3rd time that has happened back to back i kept hoping for an improvement deffenetly stay away from this place.

Went thru the drive thru got the 14 piece 3 sides 6 biscuits clearly ask to please no chicken breast he asked me what would I like to replace it with i said leg and thigh. Tells me to park waited in a space indicated by employee no problem. Get home 4 wings 8 chicken breast REALLY kids like leg and thigh !!! I called 3 times no answer I am very disappointed at you KFC!! 37.00 and kids are not satisfied not fair at all.

I was on vacation from upstate NY, my last day here. Ordered the 8 piece bucket/8piece chicken tender (Digital exclusive) which was to be dipping sauces included, with mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, fries, and 4 biscuits. I picked up the order, got back to my cousins place, and noted there were no chicken tenders at all and no dipping sauces. The staff was friendly when i picked up my order. I did call the KFC in Haines City, Florida to let them know I didn?t receive mytenders or dipping sauces. The person on the phone was friendly, but told me he could not refund my credit card for me not getting the tenders and dipping sauces. He did tell me he could give me an 8 piece tender and sauces if I come backto the store, but, I let him know I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home to NYS, and couldn?t come back to the place. He was nice and apologetic, but I was very disappointed, as I looked up the price of the 8 piece tenders alone,and they are $15.99 (that?s without dipping sauces). My order came to over $32.00. I definitely will check my order if I ever pick up an online order again, as I?m partially blaming myself for not checking it when I picked it up. If anyonegoes to the Haines City, Florida on Rt 27, make sure you check that you receive everything you ordered. Thanks for letting me place my review. I do love The food from KFC, and this was good, except for Not getting my complete order.

The lobby was dirty and dusty. Dead bugs were on the floor. It looked as if it was unswept and/or mopped with dirty water. The place where they kept the forks, napkins, and condiments had cobwebs and built up dust on the container. It made me want to take my napkin and wipe inside of a drink fountain nozzle to see how much buildup I'd find. Lastly, even though the place was fairly empty, the tabletops were crumby. On a positive note, the service was amiable and the food was hot and fresh. They just need to spend more time and attention cleaning the lobby area.

Delicious food. Prompt service. Sale prices on Colonels crispy chicken sandwich, pot pies and bowls! Yum! Great with an ice cold brew when it's 90% humidity in Florida!
