Starbucks Coffee - Kissimmee

They asked us to park in the front and wait for the food to be brought out to us when we ordered through the drive thru.

Great selection of items. Coffee is always great. Store was very well organized and very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the time that we were there .

I visited recently and unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I made a simple order Venti Macha Latte and a Breakfast Burrito. I went to take a sip and there was HAIR in my drink. A HAIR. I understand accidents happen but when I comforted the team they looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish. I asked for their supervisor and lord have mercy, Candice was quite rude. When I asked for a new drink she stated that hair didn't belong to anyone yet no one was wearing a hairnet and then kept telling me she wouldn't assist me with such nonsense. I was so disappointed. You'll never see me at starbucks again, I went to a Foxtail and they were absolutely wonderful!

First time at this Starbucks. It's in a nondescript part of Kissimme, FL along Rte 192 BUT, it was the perfect place to catch up with an old friend. Great coffee products and mellow atmosphere. In a not so beautiful outside area, it DEFINITELY was an oasis!

My favorite Starbucks location, hands down! The staff is amazing and always make me feel so welcome Keep rocking guys! And thank you for everything you do!
