Panda Express - Kissimmee

My entire order was wrong; nothing I requested was included. This is the second time this has happened. I don't recommend this Panda—it’s really disappointing.

Be cautious when ordering the teriyaki chicken; they always forget to include the teriyaki sauce. I've visited this location in person, and I can confidently say that the staff doesn't seem very attentive.

My food was served, but it looked quite bland compared to what I remember from last year. I had requested utensils and napkins, but all I received was a spoon and a fortune cookie. They didn't even include any soy sauce! If you're looking for a place with better food and genuine care for their customers, I recommend Ilovefriedrice instead. Their food is far superior!

The food always has something wrong with it. Today my Rice was cold and tasted old and received Water instead of a drink I payed almost 4 dollars for. This is ridiculous!

I will say the customer service and food is impeccable and second to none. I have been to multiple Panda Express location and I will say the entire team here has made it memorable every single time I have gone in for my lunch or dinner. I would like to personally thank the following individuals for doing such an amazing job and help customers like myself enjoy the experience just that much more!
