Magical World Pizza - Kissimmee

I placed my order with a very friendly man, but the delivery person was quite rude. There was a mix-up where another customer also received pizza from a white truck, and they accidentally delivered that pizza to us. We had paid cash for our order because the restaurant had advertised a cash discount, but it turned out to be misleading. The delivery person started yelling at me, demanding payment for the mistakenly delivered pizza, which I ended up paying for out of good faith, even though the other customer who ordered through an app wasn’t able to reimburse me. In total, I ended up paying $160 for five pizzas instead of the two I originally ordered, and while the pizza was decent, the entire experience was marred by the delivery person's behavior. I won't be using this service again.

I can't believe this place has a four-star rating. My advice would be to order from anywhere else. We got the XL three-topping pizza, which turned out to be more like a medium by most standards. We were promised delivery in under an hour, but it took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the pizza arrived cold. It felt like a pre-made pizza that had just been warmed up a bit. The wings we ordered weren’t horrible, but honestly, Papa John’s or Domino’s would be a better option. Maybe dining in is an improvement, but I definitely recommend avoiding delivery here.

I’m not a big fan of online payment, and since their ordering system didn’t allow for payment upon pickup, I opted to call instead. When I asked the woman on the phone if I could order the special we found online, she confirmed that I could. But when I tried to include the wings as a side, she informed me that they weren't part of the special. I referenced the flyer and the online menu where the wings were listed as an option, but she insisted that they weren’t included in the deal. This made me question why they would highlight something on their flyer and list it online if it’s not actually available. I probably should have listened to the other reviews about this place, but we wanted to give them a chance. It feels a bit misleading to promote items and then not honor them. It seems like their business model is built on an illusion.

This pizza was surprisingly good! Magical World of Pizza does not have the reviews they desserve. I almost didn't want to pick up my pizza thinking this place wasn't going to have good pizza but we were hungry and it was close to our hotel. I'm so glad I tried them! Also, the guy there (who my husband believed to be the owner) was so nice! The best part about it was these mini salt and pepper shakers they give you with your pizza ?The only reason I gave a 4 star is because they wouldn't deliver to our hotel... We were 4 minutes away by car!

TERRIBLE AND A SCAM! Cost more than resort food and was disgusting. I would rather eat hospital food than the fake garlic bread and undercooked pizza. Huge disappointment, took forever to deliver, and then was vey pricey (over $90 for 2 adults and 2 kids). Chicken parmigiana was slimey and the pizza was so bad we didn’t even finish it.
