La Granja Osceola - Kissimmee

Tried this restaurant because they had a drive-thru and it was a better option than other fast food. The food was fantastic and the portions were abundant especially for the price. My children loved the rotisserie style chicken with rice and beans! They absolutely could not get enough. The service was fast and friendly. Also, I see other comments about not speaking English and although it was not their first language they still got the order right and were very friendly.

Big Shoutout to the new store on Alafaya! We had a issue with our debit card. We was told the first time it didn’t go thru so we swiped again and was charged accordingly. The next day I noticed both charges went through. I thought after it posted since it was still “pending” that the first charge would wipe out and be refunded into my account but both charges stuck. 4 days later when it “cleared” I went to the store and and explained to the manager and owner. Without hesitation he said no problem, went into the register and gave me $60. Thank you, and can’t wait to eat there again!

I love their Fort Lauderdale spot but I do not recommend this one. I do not speak Spanish well unfortunately that 's all any of them speak, Two different times this week I came into the drive thru and ordered an item on the menu and can pronounce it perfectly and both times was met with a rude HUH QUE the second time she told me to pull up to the window and she gave me attitude for what was her lack of knowing the menu of the place she works for! I 've ordered the same thing at their other locations with no issue

Be aware when ordering thru Drive THRU they mess up orders left and right (whoever packs does not know what they are doing ORDERS INCOMPLETE When you call to ask for money back (since they omit your food they refused to reimburse CREDIT CARD claiming we can either go back (we live very far away or claim credit sometime in the future (but not certain this is doable NO manager to speak to Someone claiming to be manager (no name said he wouldn't reimburse card to go back for cash money very fishy business only nice and responsible person is the girl at the window Saturday night

I normally get a granja bowl Togo, I decided to eat inside. The size of the bowl eating inside was 1/2 of the Togo bowl. I don't understand that if I'm paying the same price why the serving size is cut in half. Bad service, would not recommend
