El Arepazoo - Kissimmee

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! The food is exquisite, made with fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious. The customer service is outstanding as well. I look forward to visiting again as often as I can!

I had a pulled pork arepa, and the pulled pork was quite salty.

The cachapa was fantastic, but my shrimp dish was just average.

Experience was horrible. What I ordered did not look like the picture. When I asked if I could change my order I was told no and that it’s my fault that I did not like the meat that was served on my sandwich. I asked how much it would be to switch the meat and was told $4.50. When I asked if I could get my money back and return the food. I was told I could not. That I could take the food or just leave it. I asked if there was a manger available and was told no. I decided to give them the food back cause I knew I wouldn’t eat it. I was super upset because the customer service was trash and they pretty much got paid for a meal for free. SMH. My last time eating here
