Domino's Pizza - Kissimmee

Our family usually most likely order of this dominoes, but today was not great at all. our pizza was cold and our wings were old. when I called, I was bigger from victoria, who then put me in the grip for 7 minutes. I decided to call back and not answer, after the third attempt, a young man replied, who continued to put me with a manager. when I explained my thinking, the manager did not take into account at one point my thinking, instead of making excuses for the bad quality of food. she then said that she would give us a loan to an account that we did not have, not asked about our information or contact information and then said to have a good night. not even sure how we should be repaid for our waste.

Moved into the opposite and we have ordered several times from this dominoes. always fast, accurate and good. suppliers are always friendly. the order of this place.

They don't lie to people about the tracker. it was always right, also fast Google search on how the tracker works. Stop being dishonest. loses a customer better than slow times? that's what it looks like.

I love this place. I've rarely got bad food from them. Maybe I got one or two times a job that wasn't as good as they were normally. the customer service is great, the suppliers are also really nice. can not go wrong with inexpensive pizza that tastes good.

Terrible customer service. I placed my order online, and it said my order would take 43-56 minutes which I was fine with. Then I notice on the tracker that my order had been out of the oven at 1:28, it is now 2:38 and my fiancee told me nobody arrived still! I drove down and cancelled my order at 2:30. But the fact that my otder was sitting around for over an hour, there nothing fresh about it. The manager proceeded to tell me they're busy, which I understand, but I called at least 10 times, only to be told she wasn't answering the phone because people thought it was a joke. How is this customer service???!? You can't even answer to tell me your backed up? I have to drive to you, only to hear that answering the phone for the customer and freshness of the food doesn't matter!!! I will never order from them again! Stay away, you never know how long the food has been sitting around!
