I had an amazing experience at this bakery! If you've ever been to a typical Israeli bakery and wished they had more vegan options, your dream has come true here. After hearing rave reviews in local vegan groups, we decided to check it out. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the many vegan options available, including five types of vegan sufganiot (Chanukah donuts), various vegan cookies, crackers, rugelach, and both sweet and savory bourekas. Everything we tried was delicious, but the pistachio and berries donut was a standout. Even though it's a bit of a drive from Haifa, we will definitely be returning for the bourekas. The owner was friendly, prices were fair, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Don't wait any longer, make the trip to Kiryat Motzkin and try Perla Bakery!
