Kfc - Kirtland

This KFC gets worse everytime. Lobby has not been open in months. Was told they are too busy to take my order. Of course it's busy, it's 6:30pm on a Friday. They need to step it up. If you ask for 1/2 extra crispy and 1/2 original. They say sure, but it never happens. Or you show up 3 hours before closing and they are out of chicken for the night. This store is on the decline. This store desperately needs new management or a new owner.

They had a good crew working tonight. Best KFC in the area.

Kind and caring staff, helping each other during focused clean up. Food was very good. Great staff usually creates great food. Some call it magic.

There was a lady that was so rude to us. It looks like she doesn't like her job. They charge you for hot sauce, I have never heard of that before. No hand soap in the restroom can't imagine how they wash their hands after they use the toilet)

The chicken and other food was exactly as expected for KFC. Not great, not bad. This location had a sign on the door and by the register that stated Cash Only I am glad that I had cash or my visit would have been much less enjoyable. If visiting beware you may only be able to pay with cash. The inside of the facility was a little dated but seemed overall to be clean and the employees were quick and efficient.
