Restoran Severnyy - Kirovsk

So... There was no service: the ordered dishes for a company of 8 people were delivered with a huge delay; a number of salads were served after the main course; an appetizer with smoked whitefish and Olivier appeared on the table after 1 hour 35 minutes. Pasta on the foot due to lack of pasta!!! There is a store nearby!!! And the most amazing thing is that steaks are priced per 100 grams of raw product!!! There is a clear discrepancy between the appearance of the dishes and the image on the menu (see appendix baked cod)

We were the only guests eating at the restaurant, so the service was excellent. The waiters spoke English, even Finnish, and the menu was also available in English. Very friendly staff overall. The prices are above average and the final bill was a little over €30. (Mains, Drinks, Dessert with Coffee). The place is located in the hotel, so you really have to know it's there in order to find it. Once you get there though you are greeted by a cozy restaurant and comfortable seats. If you want an easy meal this is a good place to go. Do consider it on your stay in Kivorsk.

With my third visit to Kirovsk, I decided to try them again. They were very nervous when they saw me and even took me on because I gave them a bad review with a previous visit. The service did improve and they managed to get my order correct this time. Just proofs that there is always space for improvements.

Good quality restaurant. Very delicious. We ate salad with shrimp, fish and Venison. The price tag can be a little high, but justified by the taste of the dishes.

Restaurant in the hotel. We liked both the food and the cozy and clean room. I recommend! On January 1st, the only place in Apatity and Kirovsk where we managed to eat. The rest was closed.
