The Chicken Shop - Kirklees

Been recommended by loads of people, so we tried it. Totally beautiful, massive pieces of chicken, wings are amazing, the chicken strips are big and juicy, real chips. And the perinaise sauce is fantastic. Been more than once. And will definitely be back. This is now the only place we will get our chicken from. Nowhere else comes close.

The food was served hot, but unfortunately the chicken strips were dry and not as expected. The fillet burger chicken was also dry, but was tasty. It would have been even better with the sauce included. The chips were cooked nicely and the gravy was excellent.

A friend recommended this restaurant to me and I'm glad they did! The food arrived earlier than expected and was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were very generous. I appreciated that they used high-quality chicken instead of just store-bought burgers.

We have ordered from The Chicken Shop in Cleckheaton multiple times and we absolutely love it! We were planning to dine out tonight to take advantage of a £10 discount, but we couldn't decide on a restaurant and didn't make a reservation, so we decided to get takeaway instead. My husband is often away during the week, so we like to treat ourselves with a takeaway from one of our favorite places when he is home. We are never disappointed with the food and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived, especially considering we were expecting it to take much longer. We highly recommend The Chicken Shop!

Downloaded app to order food, couldn 't order food. Spent 12 minutes trying to get through, then told it will be an hour before food arrives. Explained I wasn 't able to order food as it wasn 't working, so how could it be an hour. His reply was we have not turned the app yet Went elsewhere and got served straight away.
