When should be opened been told closed and not even able to tell when can serve

I really have no idea how this place has a 4+ rating. I got the Pad Thai box with the drink... I think it was something like 8 pound something... The positives: The food was fresh and warm, they make it on the spot and you can see them making it. The boxes are a good size. I got the regular and there was plenty of food. The negatives:... Where do I start.... The food has absolutely no flavour... This tasted nothing like Pad Thai noodles... It even has a bland colouring. There were like 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and almost no vegetables... All the vegetables were at the top so once that's gone you're left with bland soggy noodles... I don't even know why they're soggy since there's virtually no sauce in there. I ate about a quarter of it and then it literally tasted like soggy watery rice noodles... I had to go to the kitchen and put on some soy sauce and mexican hot sauce to give it some hint of flavour.... Maybe they just don't know how to make that particular dish and maybe their other dishes are better... Or it could be that they cater too much to the western palate.... I'll give it another try at some point and edit my review if it improves. Also, they don't take cards... Only cash.

This is the best place to get noodles from. It always fills me up.

I ordered a combo box online and specified that I only wanted chicken with no vegetables and requested extra soy sauce due to meat allergies. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not accommodate my request and sent the wrong items. I reordered the same items and the same mistake occurred.
