Maxi's, Denby Dale - Kirklees

Can’t fault.. great food .. fast delivery Great service.. best curry just love there food .. been getting curry from here for last 6 maybe 7 years and never ad a bad meal

I have been ordering food from Maxi's for years and will continue to do so, except for one dish - the Calzone. Calzone is usually my go-to pizza choice, but unfortunately the Calzone from Maxi's is the worst I have ever had. I understand that due to religious reasons, Maxi's does not use real ham in their Calzone or any other ham-related pizzas, but the substitute they use is just not good. Despite this, it won't stop me from ordering other items from their menu. This review is not meant to deter customers from Maxi's, just to steer clear of the Calzone!

I've been ordering from Maxis for years and the food is usually really tasty. But the last order came as a shock, prices have gone up slightly which is expected but the portion size? Halved! A dinner kebab on naan would usually do 2 meals, but now the tiny miserable thing I got barely filled me. Same for curries, half the portion they used to be. Very disappointed and no longer value for money.

My favourite takeaway just wish they were on just eat or could pay online as I rarely have cash anymore

I love your food, but Onion Bhajis **** horrible. Flat tasteless pancakes. Whats wrong with some good old gram flour,onoin and spices. I make the best.
