Costa Coffee - Kirklees

Avoid purchasing their croissants. I was informed that they were fresh, but that was not the case at all. Please be honest with your customers! I will not be returning.

The staff is very friendly, and the hot milkshake with delicious flavors is definitely worth coming back for more.

I ordered a medium hot chocolate (ultimate blend) to go, but unfortunately, I only realized it was only half full after leaving the shop. There is no excuse for this. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations rather than their work. This was my first visit to the Huddersfield Costa, and I will not be returning. Hot chocolate is my usual drink, and I have never received a half-empty cup before.

Been coming here for some time but lately have noticed the service gone bad. On one occasion have ordered some coffee and a toast, been served with a long hair on the plate, when made them aware of that there was no apology made or offer to make a fresh toast, just asked me if I’d like a plate?! Alice needs to go for some customer service skills training, constantly looks down on you and makes you feel unwelcome. No please, no thank you, no sorry. Won’t be coming here again

Gonw downhill since change of management. Very ill mannered new staff. Pathetic service. Never seen anyone kicked out for eating food purchased from elsewhere apart from asian men with beards. Only conclusion Racism/Islamaphobia.
