New Maxin - Kirkcaldy

We had an absolutely outstanding meal tonight. It's been over 10 years since we last visited, but it felt like a long-awaited return to the original favorites. If you're looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the spot to be!

Absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend it! I had a spicy noodle dish and the shrimp, both were delicious.

Been to Maxin's many, many times and, being no stranger to Chinese/Cantonise food I absolutely love the food. The salt pepper ribs are unquestionably the best you will ever enjoy (i always order a double portion greed I know). The dim sum is also worth mention. Never had a bad meal here and can highly recommend.
