Cafe Apsheron - Kirishi

I really enjoyed it. We didn't wait long, and most importantly, the food was delicious! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bartender was exceptional, a solid 5 out of 5. He explained everything and welcomed us to sit at a table. The young man who took our order and served us was also fantastic—definitely a 5! As for the food, I won’t go into too many details, but the cold borscht and shashlik were simply culinary masterpieces, combining wonderful flavors, high-quality ingredients, and skilled preparation. A big thank you and appreciation to the master chef and the owner! We highly recommend this place!

The interior is beautiful and tidy, and the service is quite fast. However, don't order the khinkali; the filling is mostly cartilage, and I wouldn't be surprised if it came from a budget store. The soups, shawarma, and salads are decent enough.

The food is delicious. However, there are many negative aspects. It's inconvenient that orders must be made at the counter. The restrooms in the establishment are terrible; they're dirty and the doors don't close.
