Delicious homemade cakes. Great choice. And the ice is highly recommended!

Do not be fooled by the ambience, they will definitely be disappointed. We had to wait an hour for our food and it was only due to our multiple demand. The cream soup was a water soup and at the Antipasti we ordered the bread that our table neighbours received without demand. You already know that there are no clear processes here and that the service personnel are not motivated. In the end, an apology was missing, nor was it possible to check the bill as there was no one. As cream cubes we were still harassed when we expressed our dissatisfaction about the service in a reasonable tone. I do not write this review to improve the cafe processes, but to keep people from a frustrating cafe visit.

Was it at the castle cafe today, ordering what to drink, brought me wordless to the table... that's not possible? Then she came and puts the menu wordless...! The prices are too expensive for rural conditions... Carving with pommes 16 Euro...?????? I'm a black cherry cake that was back for a little bit of cake. That was wordless.

Hair in cake, mosquitoes in wine, with very unfriendly service. I'm not coming here anymore.

As you can see from the previous reviews, the cafe is beautiful with good weather, but we had to take a seat inside and felt like in the old house all the time, there were exactly two cakes to choose from. It wat a so afternoon, the service male) was nice and accommodating.I would give the cafe another chance in the summer, because you can also just be glad that after two years Corona is still available any other way of returning.The cafe, in my opinion, would be in need of renovation, but as we said we were glad that we had found a cafe in Kirchberg and the cake tasted us well.
