High Tide - Kinsale

We (mom, dad, 3 adult children) just had 18 days in Ireland, and our dinner at High Tide was far and away the very best meal of them all! If we could give 10 stars, we would. In such a gastronomic town, this restaurant is among the top 3, for sure. It is also a bit off the beaten track, so you 'll probably be able to get a table when other, inferior, places are full. The atmosphere is intimate, casual chic, cozy, eclectic. The food/menu is superb in taste, presentation, quantity, locally sourced, unusual, and good price! To top it off, the service is first rate we 'closed the place down ' chatting with Liam for a while over our final drinks. His wit and humor had us belly laughing. Terrific fun!

Was at this atmospheric restaurant friday with my spouce. We had a difficult time finding a place to eat due to the high number of turists in Kinsale. Lucky enough we found the “high tide Kinsale” where we got a delicious dinner and Wine. The waiters and the owner were exstreamly friendly and accommodating to us. We highly reccomend this place to everyone.

The colors of the restaurant attracted us. The boss is really super nice and excellent food and quality. I took squid donuts with cajun spices. ...a killing.

Went to Hide Tide on Saturday last what a lovely place to eat and priced very reasonably. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly would thoroughly recommend this Restaurant

First time at the newly opened 'High Tide ' was 2 weeks ago while on holiday with my husband we cannot wait to go back. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor make this place so relaxed as do the friendly and energetic team who looked after us. The food was seasonal, simple and exceptional. Menu not over complicated which we loved left us wanting to return to try everything we didn 't try between us on the night. In a town with so many great restaurants and eateries, this is a stand out place. It 's great to have found a place you might call a 'local ' welcoming, cosy and one to repeat for sure!
