I stopped by Scanlons on my way home to Dublin. I had ordered the pasta carbonara, and I have to say, it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. It seemed like they had just opened a can of Campbell's soup and poured it over the pasta. I think they need a new cook or should stick to making cheese sandwiches.
