Really sad news but Ice Factor is now closed, no information at the venue, but locals say it’s gone out of business. Such a loss for the area for both locals and visitors

WARNING the center appears to closed and boarded up as of March 5 2023. Attempt to call before you visit and if you can't get through, you should assume it is closed. The website is also down. :

Hard to contact, rude customer service on the phone, website booking service does not work.

The staff are super friendly and walls are great fun! The cake and tea is good too haha!
