My husband ordered a gluten and dairy free cake with low sugar buttercream frosting for my birthday. It was delicious! He told me that the woman that helped him said that she would do a trial run before she made my cake. We both were very impressed! We highly recommend Barking Bird Bakery!!

This place is so wonderful. Their “Sweetie” cookies are AMAZING. Almond flavor, soft cookie, delicious icing. The “Barking Brookie” is also to die for. My kids and I come here almost every Thursday! Their ice cream and cookie cakes are wonderful too! There is such a sweet boy named Gabriel who works there, if you’re lucky maybe he’ll be there when you go in! He’s so kind and I love his attitude, he always seems calm and is always friendly. After you’re done, make sure to go next door to our FAVORITE little shop My Happy Place!! The owner is one of my favorite people. It really is my happy place.

The gluten free Chocolate cookies are fabulous! The staff is always friendly. Good coffee as well.

Received iced cookies as a gift and they were SOOO good. I will definitely buy more cookies soon!

Absolutely amazing food! Every dish we ordered had fantastic taste, so it seems you can't go wrong to order something here. You also get the possibility of spice levels with most dishes. The service was also impressive. Definitely recommend trying it out. Images are from the Galveston Sushi Roll, Combination Plate Appetizer, Yellow Curry and Padthai. Your menu also has pictures of any dish that is brilliant!
