Bp - Kingswood

BP is still my first choice for petrol and snacks ... does get confusing with OTR and BP these days though. All good

The service was terrible the fuel pump was not working properly i was amazed at how poor the experience was just to get petrol

I used to really enjoy this place. The staff is usually friendly, but today was a different story. There was a large-built Caucasian woman at the counter who was incredibly rude. She didn’t provide the exact items I requested, and when I asked for a refund, she raised her voice and snapped at me, saying to wait a moment and that it wouldn’t happen instantly. I was the only customer there at the time. Ultimately, I left without the items I needed. It was a terrible experience.

The staff was very friendly, and the area was clean. Water was available for refilling even at 5:30 PM.

The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. You can even refill your water until around 5:30 PM.
