The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. You can even refill your water until around 5:30 PM.

Bp remains my top choice for gasoline and snacks. I've been a bit confused between OTR and bp lately, but overall, it's still my go-to.

The service was terrible the fuel pump was not working properly i was amazed at how poor the experience was just to get petrol

I used to really enjoy this place. The staff is usually friendly, but today was a different story. There was a large-built Caucasian woman at the counter who was incredibly rude. She didn’t provide the exact items I requested, and when I asked for a refund, she raised her voice and snapped at me, saying to wait a moment and that it wouldn’t happen instantly. I was the only customer there at the time. Ultimately, I left without the items I needed. It was a terrible experience.
