Kfc - Kingsville

We go to kfc in kingsville and ordered. then we sat down to dive in. we noticed that they took one for our order. my man went up to them. they said they canceled our order! no explanation, why. it had been almost 25 minutes! we waited for 5 minutes patiently and finally we could eat. we were the only ones who fed us. they apologised to us and treated us to two more cookies and something else. great food, but lousy organization.

The outside lights were off and the drive thru employee wasn't at the window with her headphones on so we drove to the first window to place our order. Other than that, the food was great!

Food was pretty good. Dining area needed cleaned while we were here. Looks like a roof leak dripping down thru a ceiling tile on to a table. They have several $5 meals including the drink. I think this location is a little better than the one on Saratoga in Corpus.

Ordered KFC through Door dash. Didn't recieve all my order. Not little amounts, large amounts. I called KFC over and over. I was repeatedly hung up on. I trust doordash, I literally use them almost every day. This is KFCs extrem mess up. Then they just kept hanging up on me. Im not paying for this horrible experience!

Manager fired my cousin because he was having an anxiety attack and asked to take a break. They told him he was “too much” and needed to leave. Discrimination against people with mental health disabilities.
