Soul Press - Kingston

Visiting for lunch we found this boutique café has a very high quality range of health superfood style options with a selection of protein balls surpassed by none in this area. This café won't appeal to everyone as the range is fairly limited, but for those looking for super clean foods this is the place for you.

We are at Soul Press every weekend ( I even sometimes sneak before work too ) and love it so much. We are trying other places at the moment just because we can't keep up with the price at Soul Press. It is a bit on the expensive side but we do really enjoy it. We love that they are constantly adding new things to the menu. As a vegan and someone who practices a gluten free life, I am not short of options here. Great coffee too!

This is a great place for a casual lunch or just a snack. The is fresh and pull of flavour with the share plates being a favourite.The staff are always friendly and obliging albeit very busy, they always find the time to make the visit pleasant.

I absolutely love eating here. I follow a paleo based diet, and the paleo superfood bowl is to die for. The menu at the place is constantly evolving and keeping ahead of the health trends. Such a great place, have been coming back regularly for years now.

If you are vegan or paleo...into your superfoods then this place is for you...excellent menu great choices...they even have coffee!
