We don't often venture out to this Westfield shopping center, as it's not near our usual haunts. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the ample parking and wide range of shopping options for our Christmas gift needs, despite the bustling crowds on the weekend. The mall's management has done a great job in selecting a diverse mix of stores that cater to all ages and budgets!

I discovered that this shopping center is a spacious and attractive destination for shopping, dining, catching a movie, and strolling with friends.

I love Southland. I have been coming here since the 1980's and have witnessed great change over that time. Some great (extending over Nepean Hwy others not so great (removal of rooftop garden, Myer furniture room displays, newsagent , but I keep coming back as it has nearly everything you want under one roof, movies, lots of food options and a variety of shops. However there is a problem with the paid parking, $35 for 7 hours is ridiculous!! And yes if you go the movies, have something to eat and visit several shops you will be there for 7 hours (as my patient husband will attest! . Anyway everytime I visit a wave of nostalgia washes over me even if the place is so so different to when Allen's/Brashs, Eastcoast jeans (I think it was called that , Hilton's dresses (so glitzy! , Bass ticket outlet, the donut shop (Snowflake?, where they had an American style counter where you could sit and watch each donut being made , Darrell Lea and more were there. So yes visit for what you want to see, what you want to eat, and what you want to buy, meet your friends there and create your own memories of good times at Southland. 14.3 make sure you get the Westfield app and enter competition to win $10k.

Quite a nice shopping centre that’s usually isn’t too busy or crowded. There are a lot of different shops and the area is usually quite clean. The food court has a large variety of options to choose from and there is also Village Cinemas to watch any new movies. It is quite convenient and overall, great.

Its got everything you need, heaps of free parking and is clean and less crowded than chadstone. Definitely prefer for my longer shops and Christmas shopping. Only thing is if you're coming specifically for a shop make sure you park on the correct side of Nepean highway or you're in for a long walk!
