The Black Horse - Kingston upon Thames

Visited the black horse for a lunch with my family and dog. we had a nice table where the dog could be quiet. the service was really good. menu was typical good pub food, with a good special menu, and the drink was good. I've been in the black horse before and I'll be back in the final. I can recommend

Perfect place to take shelter in this awful weather. Me and collegue took shelter by the cozy fire this evening after a long day at work, and the staff were nothing but charming attentive and friendly- the manager made us feel nothing more than at home and she spoke to us about the up coming wine events! Didn't try much off the food but the nibbles that we did have were great and good portions for the price you pay for. We will be returning and are looking forward to the wine tasting events.

Had a lovely lunch here and would highly recommend to everyone to come here. Very clean and homey. Staff are friendly and management made me feel at home. Food is delicious and well priced and many drink options. Definitely coming here again.

Bring back the music outside, the fire, sky sports. The lights don’t even go on outside. The vibe has gone, there is no atmosphere and no thought into how to create an authentic atmosphere which the black horse once was. Drinks are over priced. The new owners seem to have not researched properly and have killed our favourite pub : .

Wonderful pub. Had the Eton mess and cookie dough along with a couple of drinks- absolutely would reccomend the Eton mess.
