Lovely Pizza Express in Kingston oppositethe riverside. Service was great, as usual the atmosphere was cosy and with all the usual meals. Kids menu is great and the brownie with kids cappuccino super cute. Recommended for families, as well as friends.

Pizzas are really good especially Sloopy guiseppe, buffalo mozzarella is delicious for starter, Vanilla Cheesecake is perfect ; service would be a bit faster :

After an important event we visited the restaurant and were met by cecilia. she has tried to organize a table for us. But before we ordered something, we had to go. cecilia was very understanding and her customer service was exceptional. I'll be back for cecilia and her understanding.

I visited a beautiful restaurant, although it was quite loud due to noise from above during my visit. The food was enjoyable, but I have raised a concern with the Pizza Express office regarding the size of their vegan pizzas with a gluten-free base. They are significantly smaller than the regular options, which feels discriminatory towards vegan customers. I believe they should offer the same size or at least provide two size options. The size difference is quite unreasonable. I understand that this issue isn't specific to Pizza Express in Kingston, but it's a problem that exists across many restaurants and it's simply unfair. I appreciate their efforts in catering to vegan and gluten-intolerant patrons, but they need to take that extra step to truly achieve excellence. The service was excellent, and the restaurant itself is lovely, so I do recommend it.

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised. Both pizzas were perfectly cooked and generously topped. Our drinks and food arrived quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly. However, the coffee could use some improvement!
