I mistakenly had to return today without an ID, which was my oversight, but Nev’ele remembered our entire conversation and was ready to assist me right away, despite my not having an official appointment. He was truly a gem throughout the experience, never pressuring me to purchase a more expensive model. His overall service was exceptional. He made sure I understood the changes that come with upgrading to a newer iPhone model and verified that I had everything I needed before finalizing my purchase. He guided me through the data transfer process and checked in with me multiple times to ensure everything was correct and that I was satisfied with the data being transferred before resetting my old phone. Honestly, I couldn’t praise the team enough, but Nev’ele stands out as the most helpful Apple support person I've encountered in my many years of owning Apple products.

During my first visit to the Kingston store, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The place was busy, but there were plenty of employees available to assist customers. I had come specifically to buy an Apple Watch for my daughter, and I was fortunate to be helped by Shane. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, dedicating a lot of time to explain everything—from the different models and bands to the features and services available. He even took the time to show my daughter his own Apple Watch and demonstrate its capabilities, which really impressed her. We purchased the watch and left feeling very satisfied with the service we received from Shane. Thank you for making our first experience a great one; we will definitely be back!
